„2024 State Budget Execution in January-July Review" - Prepared by Parliamentary Budget Office of Georgia based on the information provided by Treasury Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia “About Total revenues, Total expenditures, net change in the stock of cash and net lending/net borrowing balance of the state budget of Georgia for January-July 2024".
In January-July 2024:
- State Budget total revenues amounted to 14,570.7million GEL, which is 59.3% of the annual plan and 81.5% of the 9-month plan;
- The main share of total revenues, 79.1% comes from the tax revenues, that have increased in point of nominal expression, as well as its share in total revenues compared to 2022-2023;
- State Budget total expenditures amounted to 14,346.0million GEL, which is 57.3% of the annual plan and 78.2% of the 9-month plan;
- The main share, 79.1% is formed from expenses, that have increased in point of nominal expression, while its share in total expenditures have reduced compared to 2022-2023;
- The net accumulation in the stock of cash amounted to 224.8 million GEL and the State Budget balance was defined at 1,802.1million GEL by August the 1st of 2024.
